4. Cheque (Entrance Fee Rs. 10,000/- + Membership Subscription Rs. 5000/-= Rs.15,000/-) The cheque to be drawn in favour of Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
5. 2 membership recommendations (Please note that both the Proposer and Seconder should be members of the Sri Lanka- Benelux Business Council)
